We need to think about the community we not only want to be today, but the one we want to be tomorrow for children who are the first born and homeless, for the children who are first born and disabled, for the children who are first born and, like me, come from an immigrant family.

Look at his face. Look at his rage. His distaste. His “Fuck you! All lives Matter” stance as he shoves half his body out of the window to yell at me and other counter-protesters. He knows his power. He’s clearly owned it. Do you know yours? Have you owned it? Vote.
